How do I subscribe/Unsubscribe to e-mails?
To subscribe to the e-mails, go to My Account (Your personal information) once you have signed in, click Yes to receive e-mail information.
If you do not wish to receive e-mails, then please click No.
I can't seem to be able to log in?
Ensure you are typing in the email address and password which was used to register.
If you are unsure of the e-mail address used to register, please call 0845 527 6661 for assistance.
If you cannot remember your password use reset option.
When will my order be dispatched?
All UK orders placed before 11 am are typically delivered into the UK Royal Mail system the next working day; however, we ask that you allow 7 working days for the product to be delivered to your door, in case of any delays that may occur within Royal Mail. For deliveries to Europe, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery and for the rest of the world up to 21 days.
How do I cancel or amend my order?
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours by your selected delivery supplier (all orders placed on Fridays, weekends and public holidays despatched within 24 hours after the next working day). If for any reason you wish to cancel or make a change to your order we advise that you contact our call centre immediately on 0845 527 6661 (Open from 9 am to 6 pm, Mon-Fri) we cannot guarantee that your order can always be cancelled or changed before it is despatched.
If you have placed an order in error and we cannot stop it being despatched, we will, of course, arrange a free-return and refund for any unwanted product(s).
How does Truly-Natural.co.uk ensure credit card security?
Truly-Natural.co.uk does not store, transmit or process your credit card details in any of our systems. When you place an order with us, your details are passed directly to a secure 3rd-party payment provider (PayPal) who process that payment and authorise Truly-Natural.co.uk to complete the order.
I haven't received my order, what should I do?
Please firstly check that you received both an order confirmation and PayPal receipt for your order. If you have not received both your confirmations, please contact us via email@example.com or 0845 527 6661.
If you have not received your order to your UK address within 7 working days, please contact us on 0845 527 6661 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
What should I do if I have received the wrong product?

How do I return my order?
In the unfortunate event when you are unhappy with your order, or it has arrived damaged or faulty, we have a straightforward Returns process in place. You can find our ‘Returns’ section in the footer or our website (Delivery). There you will find all the information you need for a return, such as terms and conditions for a return.
