Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within one day after receipt of payment and are shipped via preferred carrier. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized, and your items are well-protected.

If any items damaged or defective, then we will be happy to refund you for the value of the item or send you a replacement at no extra cost. Please retain all damaged items and contact us straight away. Without evidence, we cannot issue the refund or send a replacement. If an item cannot be kept for health and safety reasons, please take photographic proof of the damage so that we can view the damage. You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item. We are happy to accept returns within this time period providing that they are returned to us in a fully resalable condition. If we find that a product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on an item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
